REFUND POLICY

No refunds or exchanges

All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. This is due to a number of reasons including but not limited to hygiene reasons and the need to preserve the energy quality in our products.

We ensure the goods are perfectly packed and not damaged before shipping. The goods will not be refunded if it is broken during shipping.

Pre-Ordered items

Some of our Products are marked as Pre-Ordered, which means that they are currently of stock but we are expecting new inventory to arrive in the near future. If your paid order contains Pre-Ordered items, we will send you the In-Stock items that you have purchased first, and the Pre-Ordered Item(s) will be despatched separately and you will also need to pay the subsequent shipping costs. However, in most cases we will try to ship Pre-Ordered items with the rest of your In-Stock order. If you prefer to wait for the Pre-Ordered item(s) to arrive and have your entire order consolidated into a single shipment, please contact us before placing your order.

We do not accept any reasons of refund after your purchase including pre-ordered items within two (2) months. We will provide the estimated arrival time on our pre-ordered items. If pre-order items cannot be provided due to any reason within two(2) months after your purchase date, we will refund in full upon your requests.
